Baker extraordinaire Dominique Ansel is best-known as the owner of the Dominique Ansel Bakery in Omotesando, inventor of the cronut, and an all-round hero to all who are not intolerant to gluten.

This month, Ansel unveiled his latest creation in Shibuya. For a limited time, Tokyoites can sample Ansel’s take on the s’more: the marshmallow-cookie American campfire classic, which oozes from all sides with molten chocolatey goodness.

For those unfamiliar with this quintessential American snack, this is a good opportunity to open your palate—and your life—to the ineffable delight that is the s’more, with options ranging from the Ultimate S’more (¥800) to the S’more Brownie (¥700). You can also plan ahead with the all-in-one take-home Ultimate S’more Kit (¥1,500), which may come in handy, as this pop-up store will close on February 14, 2016, leaving Tokyo once more sad and S’moreless.
