Atsuko Tanaka’s Photo Exhibition: A Tribute to Soul Music
Nov 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm￥1
Atsuko Tanaka’s 1-day photo exhibition “Touched My Soul”, a tribute to soul music, will be held at OPRCT Tokyo in Yoyogi-Uehara. Atsuko has photographed celebrities, artists, and street fashion for both American and Japanese media, and in 2006 she was named one of the “100 Most Respected Japanese in the World” by Newsweek Japan.
As a special segment of the exhibition, we will hold a short photo session with Brian Owens, the talented soul singer from Ferguson, Missouri who will be on tour in Japan, and who is also performing that night at OPRCT! You do not want to miss this exhibition!
Brian’s amazingly soulful voice is often referred to as a Marvin Gaye or Raphael Saadiq reincarnation, so you should definitely check out his live performance later in the evening!
