EAST WORKS: Let’s Make Wagashi!

This one day course is for anyone who wants to experience the art of wagashi making. The class will include crafting colorful flowers made from sweet white bean paste and sugar and learning how to set them in a transparent jelly. All ingredients are dairy-free, natural colors, and gluten-free.
