Giuseppe Bassi (double bass)
Italian double bass player and composer from Puglia. Versatile musician whose music ranges from the most traditional avant-garde Jazz, to Funk and classical music. Played among top artists Enrico Pieranunzi, Max Ionata, Fabrizio Bosso, Lewis Barry Tabackin, John Hicks, Tony Scott, Bobby Durham and more.
Sumire Kuribayashi (piano)
Pianist and composer Sumire Kuribayashi played the opening act of “JAZZ AUDITORIA”, the sister event of “International Jazz Day” advocated by Herbie Hancock. Also performed at Blue Note Tokyo with internationally acclaimed jazz trumpeter, Terumasa Hino, and remarkable jazz violinist, Naoko Terai.
Sebastiaan Kaptein (drums)
From Oegstgeest, Holland. Studied with Roy Dackus at the Conservatory in Groningen and in New York at the Drummers Collective. Shared the stage with Toots Thielemans, Jesse van Ruller, Deborah Brown, Fleurine and Brad Mehldau, and others. Currently based in Okinawa.
