Hibiya Cinema Festival 2020 experiences the challenge of the Corona Era bringing up a large outdoor area for movie screenings to create a safe and comfortable space. In contrast to other film festivals that are centered on competition, Hibiya Cinema Festival has been focusing on the fusion between technology and cinema in cooperation with international film festivals.
