SNOW Contemporary presents HITOTZUKI’s solo exhibition “DECODE” from February 12 to March 13, 2021.
Formed in 1999, HITOTZUKI is a collaborative unit by KAMI and SASU, both independent artists. HITOTZUKI’s synergetic style emphasizes KAMI’s strong and clear lines influenced by street and skateboarding culture and SASU’s pop of colors and symmetrical shapes energized by 80s’ subcultures which include Sanrio and human psychology.
As the title “DECODE” suggests, the exhibition inquires visitors to “decipher” the present through HITOTZUKI’s mural paintings.
Closed on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and public holidays.
