Kanako Enomoto – Can you hear the sound of the bee’s wings?

April 12th (Tuesday) -April 17th (Sunday), 2022
12: 00 ~ 18: 00 (until 16:00 on the last day)

Bees come to the garden in the spring. It is comfortable to water the flowers while listening to the sound of the feathers in the bright sunlight. If there were no flowers in this world, it would be dull and lonely.

Since ancient times, humans have been living with honeybees for a rich diet. The bees are decreasing. The “honeycomb collapse” in the title of the work is not just about bees. The whole world is out of balance behind a big whirlpool of desires, and something is collapsing. I feel that the sound is getting louder and louder.

Bees don’t even know that, and today and tomorrow they dance a sad and delightful dance from flower to flower to keep their lives alive . — Kanako Enomoto
