Mom in Balance Tokyo stands for challenging outdoor workouts, yet adapted to the individual levels, of pregnant, postpartum and beyond. It is a community of positive women and support in building a strong and energetic life foundation. Many women are in the same situation facing the struggle of combining children and family and a full agenda. This is why feeling physically and mentally strong makes it easier to reach our goals and to enjoy our family.
A year ago Julie Mangen and Tanja Kinnen took over Mom in Balance Tokyo. With the support of their trainer team, they added new workout locations in Tokyo and expanded to Yokohama. They organised workshops around well-being with other female entrepreneurs and grew their community of active and inspiring moms (to be).
The Mom in Balance Tokyo anniversary workout will take place on May 25 th in Yoyogi Park. It will be a free workout session, including some nice surprises, healthy snacks and drinks. You could try the three workout programs of Mom in Balance: a workout for pregnant, a Back in Shape workout for all women having given birth recently and a MPower workout for all the energetic women who like a challenge.
