Photographer Oishi Yoshino presents over 150 works in this haunting exhibit, featuring the unforgettable faces and landscapes of 20th century warfare.
People refer to the 20th century as the “Century of War.” After two world wars ravaged the globe, many countries have yet to attain peace. The Cold War, the Korean War, the Vietnam War and current conflicts in the Middle East continue to haunt the pages of human history. Almost two decades into the 21st century, ethnic conflicts and religious warfare remain a fact of life for many. This exhibit is a reminder to never forget the atrocities that have occurred, and to never repeat them.
