The Studio Ghibli Museum is celebrating over twenty years in operation with “Sketch, Flash, Spark!” The exhibition introduces the work behind the museum’s creation along with images and writings by the director Hayao Miyazaki. The first room presents past special exhibitions Miyazaki was involved with, such as the “Spirited Away” exhibition. The second room features the story of how Studio Ghibli created the museum, and showcases the illustrations and image boards behind the museum. Finally, the gallery on the second floor exhibits illustrations drawn for the museum’s special short films.

Costs: ¥1,000 for adults, ¥700 for 13 to 18-year-olds, ¥400 for 7 to 12-year-olds and ¥100 for 4 to 6-year-olds.
