Strawberry and Cheese Fair at Chef’s Live Kitchen

From January 7 to February 28, the Strawberry and Cheese Fair will be held at the InterContinental Tokyo Bay’s Chef’s Live Kitchen. Enjoy the live performances alongside the menu which will feature seasonal strawberries and cheese that is expected to boost your immunity.

The fair will include a variety of dishes such as a grilled Risotto finished with a cheese casing for lunch and teppanyaki of thickly cut bacon, vegetables, and raclette for dinner. Salads such as a caprese salad made with mozzarella cheese and tomatoes carefully selected by the Head Chef and strawberry based desserts will also be featured.

Lunch Buffet (11:00 to 14:30):

  • Weekdays | Adults ¥4,620, Children ¥2,200
  • Weekends and holidays | Adults ¥5,170, Children ¥2,530

Dinner Buffet (17:30 to 22:00):

  • Weekdays | Adults ¥5,940, Children ¥3,190
  • Weekends and holidays | Adults ¥6,820, Children ¥3,520
