Debuted with a punk band Aunt Sally in 1979. After the group disbanded, she collaborated with a number of musicians internationally. Currently focusing on the electronic solo unit she launched in 2013 and a punk band MOST. Released solo albums ‘New World’ in December 2015, ‘Light Sleep’ in March 2017 and ‘Voice Hardcore’ in January 2018.

Hair Stylistics also known by his stage names Violent Onsen Geisha, is a Japanese musician, writer and actor. He was described by Allmusic as “one of those musical entities that defy categorization. He co-starred in Shinji Aoyama’s 2005 film My God, My God, Why Hast Thou Forsaken Me with Tadanobu Asano.
His debut work ‘Shokuhin’ was released from NY’s ‘Orange Milk’ in 2012. After that, he’s been releasing on several labels both domestic and foreign including Dipole’s ‘Good Enuff’. Especially ‘Ez Minzoku’ in 2016 got year’s best of Experimental field of Pitchfork, FACT Magazine and Tiny Mix Tapes. And He played at Unsound, Boiler Room and Low End Theory. He produced his own original tracks through the hybrid sense of his background of Okinawa, inspiring from Chicago footwork and later post internet.
Japanese experimental music duo GAIAMAMOO offers textured, noisy improvised music accompanied by video projections, inspired by traditional Japanese pattern with psychedelic art. The duo focuses on the intersection of sight & image, demonstrated by improvised sounds and abstract visual patterns. Formed in 2012 by Shogo Haraguchi and Mehata Sentimental Legend from Tokyo. In 2015, GAIAMAMOO were chosen to perform on “New Sound Sanctuary” during the Sound Live Tokyo festival, organized by Pacific Basin Arts Communication (PARC). In 2016 and 2018, the duo toured California and New York City, appearing on Ridgewood Radio on WFMU broadcasted by Outpost Artist Resources (NY 2016,17), and opened for Wolf Eyes’ Psycho Jazz in the Bay tour (California, 2017). In 2018, GAIAMAMOO performed at Roulette hosts Mixology Festival (New York), curated by David Weinstein. GAIAMAMOO also appeared in Festes Majors Alternatives de Vallcarca (Barcelona, 2016), Festival GIGANOISE 2 (Tokyo, 2016), Ende Tymes (Brooklyn, 2017), Jazz Art Sengawa_CLUB JAZZ 屏風 (Tokyo, 2017), XFest (Boston, 2018). GAIAMAMOO’ s video was made by Hiroshi Mehata a.k.a. Mehata Sentimental Legend.
Visual artist Akiko Nakayama creates installations, live performance and photographic works dealing with energy cycles, movement and colors. Employing a wide range of techniques, her unique approach to live painting results in melting landscapes, kaleidoscopic patterns and surreal and saturated vistas. Working in collaboration with some of Japan’s most distinctive improvising artists, including Keiji Haino, Akira Sakata and Hiromichi Sakamoto, she pursues what she titles ‘alive painting’, in which she aims to find the ‘existence of life’ in the act of creating out of nothingness.
AKIRAM EN started his career as DJ in mid 90’s. He plays at independent and cutting-edge scene mainly in Tokyo. From dance set by selection of left-field techno and avant-garde to deep listening set inspired by obscure sound, his DJ shaking sense of hearing and body always is conscious dance floor and create a magnetic field that makes dancers experience and perceive music deeply. In spring of 2018, released MIX CD ‘Mekano 1974-92’ from BLACK SMORKER RECORDS for the first time. The specific world constructed by enthusiasm as digger through sensation of DJ has well received mainly party heads. Presides deep listening lab ‘ideala’ at forestlimit Hatagaya on every Thursday. And resident DJ for SCI-FI on every second Friday at SHeLTeR Hachioji. AKIRAM EN organizes several parties based on deep connection both domestic and international.
