Course 1 :
Stuffed garlic prawns with cocktail dressing
Course 2 :
Chicken breast saltimbocca lemon cream sauce based, with shiso + serano ham + mozzarella
Course 3 :
Rib eye fillet with cranberry + red wine jus ~

Petit Dessert Profiterole, brownie and crème brûlée
