Hiromart Gallery presents Bursting Seeds, the work of Croatian-born contemporary New York-based artist Zdravko Toic. The poetic-abstract-themed exhibition was a creation born during the beginning of the quarantine period in early 2020. The work is an attempt to make an impression of self-portraits that deal with the current changes in the intimate moments of living in confinement of small spaces. Despite the pessimism resulted from the period of intense and unspoken uncertainties, a newfound of resolution is expressed through the medium of paper in different forms.

Zdravko Toic: Bursting Seeds will be on view at Hiromart Gallery from April 8 through May 22, 2022. The exhibition will open from 1pm – 7pm (closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and April 29 – May 5)
