There’s a subculture of bloggers whose mission it is to dine at and write about the world’s most exclusive—and expensive—restaurants. A brief mention is made of these privileged, pretentious and self-appointed experts’ lack of journalistic experience or ethics. A good point considering their growing yet unearned influence.

We follow half a dozen foodies around. A few are interesting; most are not. One is unsure of which fork to use! Long before halfway, the film has said all it can and resorts to repetitive sequences of these gastro-hobbyists eating alone and Instagramming their meals. I found it sad.
