Costume Contest–Official Rules & Regulations
- Article 1 (Purpose)
- This contest is held as part of the TOKYO HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL 2025. Its purpose is to celebrate the creativity and expression of participants. One winner will be selected and awarded a cash prize provided by the organizer.
- Article 2 (Eligibility)

1. Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
2. Purchasing a festival ticket is not required to enter the contest.
3. Minors (under 18 years old) are not eligible to participate. - Article 3 (How to Enter)

1. Contestants must register with the official Metropolis Events LINE account.
2. On October 31, 2025, between 17:50 and 19:00 (JST), contestants must take a full-body photo of their costume and submit it via LINE.
3. Any photos submitted after 19:00 will be invalid and will not qualify for entry. - Article 4 (Judging Method & Schedule)

1. The judges will begin reviewing all valid submissions at 19:00 and complete their evaluation by 20:00.
2. Between 20:00 and 20:30, based on the judges’ overall evaluation, the Top 10 contestants will be selected.
3. Selected contestants will be notified via LINE.
4. The photos of the Top 10 contestants will be displayed on monitors inside the venue.
5. The final judging and winner announcement will take place on stage between 20:40 and 21:00. - Article 5 (Prize)

1. One winner will be awarded a cash prize of JPY 1,000,000.
2. The prize will be provided by the organizer (TOKYO HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL 2025 Executive Committee) and transferred to the winner by bank transfer at a later date. - Article 6 (Tax Matters)

1. The prize money may be subject to taxation as miscellaneous income under Japanese tax law.
2. Winners are solely responsible for filing any necessary tax declarations.
3. The organizer will not provide tax advice regarding the prize. - Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

・Costumes or performances contrary to public order or morality
・Acts infringing upon copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties

1. The organizer will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damage to costumes occurring during participation in the contest.

- By entering, participants consent to the organizer’s use of photographs and video footage taken during the contest for event documentation, publicity, social media, and media coverage.

- This contest is held as part of TOKYO HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL 2025. It aims to celebrate participants’ creativity and expression, and winners will receive prizes from the organizers.
- Article 2 (Eligibility)

3. Participants must currently be university students (please bring your student ID on the day).
4. Only ticket holders are eligible to participate. - Article 3 (How to Enter)

2. Bring your student ID on the day (no participation without it).
3. Take your photo at the designated photo booth inside the venue.
