The English Rakugo Association is presenting English performances featuring rakugo and other variety acts. Performances include nankin tamasudare (Japanese street performance), ukulele stand-up comedy and shamisen stand-up comedy. This event also offers English Rakugo workshops, a fun and engaging experience for English learning students from elementary school through university.

This event features six Rakugo performances, including famous stories such as “Time Noodles” and “Eiwa.” This unique event, with its rich gestures and expressive storytelling, is sure to have you laughing across language barriers. Enjoy the traditional Japanese art of storytelling, Rakugo, in English.

Advanced tickets can be bought online at ¥1,800, while door tickets are cash only at ¥2,000.
