Satoru Koizumi: “Self-Portrait 100 Years Later”

Satoru Koizumi’s solo exhibition “Self-Portrait 100 Years Later” will be held at AKI Gallery. In conjunction with the exhibition, 3 types of silkscreen prints will be sold exclusively at OIL by Bijutsu Techo.
In addition to exhibiting his works in Japan and overseas, since last year he has held exhibitions in collaboration with Disney in Macau, Taipei and Shanghai, the major art cities in Asia. The exhibition “Self-Portrait 100 Years Later” features his latest paintings, in which he fuses unknown creatures from what seems like the deep sea or outer space, with the body of a young boy. This work unfolds his vision of the world 100 years from now.
