Ever dreamt of being on the big screen—the one at the Shibuya crossing? Well now’s your chance. PAS Communications is offering the chance to up your own Happy Message (Tel: 03-5216-3012; email: info@pas-com.co.jp; www.pas.com) on one (or all) of the large TV screens above the Scramble. You can display one image for 15 seconds per hour (¥10,500) or two images for 7.5 seconds per hour (¥15,750). You can’t request a specific time, but will be notified of your time slot (usually two days in advance). Send your own image via email with a message (“Marry me,” “You have spinach in your teeth,” “Happy 1,000th issue Metropolis,” etc.). Register your order by phone, fax or email, at least seven days in advance.
