UltraSuperNew Gallery announces Boxer Juntaro’s upcoming exhibition, ‘Things Around Me.’
A self-taught illustrator and artist who creates works centering brightness and warmth, he works with canvas, wall-painting, and live events (including a mural in SNOOP DOGG’s LA studio).
In this exhibition, Boxer Juntaro expresses the emotions and energies latent in ordinary life by focusing on familiar objects that are often overlooked. Soft brush strokes and mixed media techniques create a sense of familiarity and depth of texture.
“My work is focused on the exploration of positive emotions and energy. In particular, I aim to create a new visual experience for my audience. I enjoy an improvisational process while pursuing a simple and lean expression.”
He hopes that through this exhibition, visitors will be inspired to rediscover the joys and values hidden in the everyday.
