The 75-minute interactive seminar is conducted in English (with French available on request) and includes expert guidance on wine history, culture, and regional geography. Guests will enjoy high-quality local wines—ranging from Hiroshima’s volcanic soils to Nagano’s mountain valleys—paired with delicate Japanese small plates designed to elevate each pour.
