Step into the world of shifting perspectives and artistic exploration at HENKYO Gallery in Shibuya. From February 1 to March 1, 2025, the gallery will host “Each View,” a group exhibition featuring the works of four talented artists: renowned photographers Rinko Kawauchi and Yuji Hamada and internationally acclaimed painters Christian Franzen and Liane Chu.

This exhibition challenges the way we see by exploring the ambiguous boundary between reality and imagination. Through Kawauchi and Hamada’s photographic depictions of reality and Franzen and Chu’s imaginative painted compositions, the exhibition provokes reflection on the act of “seeing” itself. Each work invites countless interpretations based on the viewer’s perspective, creating a visual experience that extends beyond fixed meanings and births new stories.
