Join us at BLINK Roppongi for a night of expertly crafted cocktails with special guest Ayako Alexandra, also known as alKmista, a renowned Pisco mixologist and specialist.
On March 19, from 6pm to 8pm, alKmista will take over the bar for an evening dedicated to the art of Pisco, Peru’s beloved grape-based spirit. The night kicks off with a short presentation (6–6:45pm) where she’ll share insights and unique characteristics of Pisco.
Following the talk, from 6:45 to 8pm, enjoy a Pisco bar session where alKmista will craft exclusive Pisco-based cocktails for just ¥1,000 each. Regular cocktails will also be available.
