As part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s ongoing “Flower and Light Movement”, this year’s event transforms Hibiya Park into an evolving gallery of large-scale art installations that blend seasonal flowers, illuminating light, and immersive artistic expression. Building on the success of last year, 2025 brings an expanded program with even more to explore.
