• Etiquette: Participants displaying bad manners may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Solicitation: Please refrain from any solicitation activities during the event.
• Venue Responsibility: If you intentionally or negligently damage any of the venue’s equipment, you may be liable for damages.
• Organizer Disclaimer: The organizer will not be responsible for any disputes between participants or loss of personal belongings.

• Language Assistance: No language skills are required. Please let us know if you need a Japanese-speaking assistant.
• Food & Drink: Enjoy a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and delicious food from the full menu at Canvas Lounge.
• Time: The event runs from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, and you’re welcome to join anytime.
• Cancellation Policy: The event may be canceled due to natural calamities (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons), with full refunds issued. Please note that no-shows/cancellations will not be refunded.
