Known as Roppongi’s city within a city, Tokyo Midtown will host Midpark Lounge, a refreshing reprieve in a lush urban park. Midpark Lounge runs from July 14 to August 27, 2023. Sudachi, lavender and hibiscus decorate these summer cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. “Ashimizu” rolls through Midtown Garden, ready for you to dip your toes in as the cool mist hydrates your skin.

The taco party set is ¥3,000 with choices of lamb taco meat, yangnyeom chicken or bean mackerel frit. Eight other ingredients and sauces with bases of passion fruit and squid ink pair great with those selections, not forgetting a squeeze of fresh lime. For a small snack, single tacos are ¥550 and feel free to mix up the combinations to create your own. 

If you’re not that big on tacos, there are plenty of other options. You can go for the mackerel tomato curry or the BBQ pork back ribs and pineapple. Vegan options? There’s edamame falafel fritto, and for a cooling dessert, choose from espuma shaved ice. Taste craft beer from different parts of Japan as the sunlight disappears below the city skyline and the soft lights of Midtown Garden illuminate.
