Music For Isolation returns with an evening of soul-touching music composed by the Tokyo-based duo Rie Takeuchi (baritone saxophone) and Gideon Juckes (tuba). These delightful musicians bring an innovative approach to folk and classical which has fascinated the Tokyo music scene for years. Now they are pleased to announce an intricately compiled album blending instruments and an essence of Svalbard, Norway. “Svalbard – Homecoming” will mark their triumphant return from an impressive expedition, to the Arctic archipelago of Svalbard, inspired by the history and environment of the High North.

Rie and Gideon will touch the hearts of hundreds, and bring the realities of the Arctic to light, and warmly invite you to a emotional night of magic.
