Feb 07, 2025 at 8:00am ~ Mar 07, 2025 at 7:30pm
From punching pinks to creamy whites, plum blossoms are the first to appear in Tokyo’s winter landscape and were beloved by Edo poets and scholars alike. Yushima Tenmangu Shrine annually leads the season with a traditional elegance that comes from decades of celebration. Although it might lack the crowds, this just adds to the old-world charm that would feel right at home in the Edo era. There are a handful of stalls selling specialties such as plum sake.
