The arrival of spring and the cherry blossom brings the seasonally inspired Sakura Afternoon Tea at The Peninsula Tokyo. In celebration of this beautiful yet fleeting season, delicate flavors, pastel hues and live music come together to create an elegant springtime experience at The Lobby.

This limited edition Sakura Afternoon Tea offers a blend of seven savory bites and six sweet treats served on The Lobby’s signature birdcage stand. Savory creations celebrate the freshness of spring, including pressed sakura sea bream sushi delicately accented with picked sakura blossoms. Sweet selections evoke the more gentle notes of the season with roasted hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea) layered cake and matcha strawberry confections to citrus-bright desserts and sakura-inspired tarts.
