Tokyo International Players (TIP) presents SEUSSICAL™, a lively musical celebrating the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. With music by Stephen Flaherty, lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, and a book by Ahrens and Flaherty, the production was co-conceived with Eric Idle and is directed by Karen Pauley.

One of the most-performed musicals in the world, SEUSSICAL™ is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza featuring all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, lazy Mayzie, and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. They transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant in a show that is sure to be fun for the whole family!
