Admin & Sales Support Coordinator — Tokyo Hi-Tech Japan K.K. (Aoyama)
Hiring: Hi-Tech Japan K.K.
About Us
Hi-Tech Japan K.K. is a bilingual recruitment and staffing firm based in Tokyo, placing high-quality bilingual professionals into multinational and Japanese companies since 2012. Our Tokyo headquarters is supported by back-office teams in Mumbai and Manila, so every day is a genuinely global one. Our office language is English, our team is international, and we are looking for a Japanese-speaking coordinator who can be the calm, organized centre of our operations — and the bridge between our team and our Japanese clients.

Why This Role Is Different
- You are the backbone of the operation. This isn’t a paper-shuffling admin job. You’ll own
scheduling, documentation, client and candidate coordination — the whole team leans on you to
make things run smoothly. - Use your Japanese every single day. You’ll handle client communication, contracts, invoices,
and compliance documentation in Japanese — while working in English internally with an
international team. Perfect for someone who wants to keep both languages sharp. - Three roles in one — never boring. Admin, sales support, and recruitment coordination. You’ll
see the full business from the inside, learn how bilingual recruitment actually works, and build a
broad skill set most single-track admin roles can’t offer. - International culture, in the heart of Aoyama. Our office sits near Aoyama-itchome and
Omotesando — one of Tokyo’s most desirable neighbourhoods for lunch, coffee, and life after
work. English is the working language internally; Japanese is your daily tool with clients and
paperwork. - Small team, direct access to leadership. No corporate bureaucracy. Your ideas are heard and
acted on. Your career growth is visible and real. - Structured training and long-term stability. Clear onboarding, ongoing learning, and a full-time
onsite role designed for someone who wants to grow with the company — not just fill a seat.

The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
Someone proactive rather than reactive. Someone who takes real ownership of their work,
communicates clearly and professionally, and wants to build a long-term career in a growing
international company — not just clock in and out. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
