Domestic and international artists will be auctioning works—with 100% of proceeds going to quake charity—in an all-day gathering at favorite Aoyama watering hole Las Chicas. Soon after 3/11, four-member team V.I.G.A. (Veronica, Iain, Guy, Akitsu) went to Tohoku in the first of several journeys to deliver badly needed fresh produce. The group is now reaching out to fund their costly journeys through Artists for Tohoku, an event that will overflow not only with art but with music provided by DJs Mel Bruce, Young Richard and an as-yet-to-be announced celebrity special guest.
