SPICE UP WINTER DAYS with TRUNK is welcoming you with special music paired with various food and drinks that make use of different spices.
The theme of this time, SPICE UP, has the meaning of becoming more interesting, complex and rich of flavors. We are excited to infuse SPICE to the daily lives of everyone visitting the hotel, and we hope that they will have an interesting and enjoyable time.
Trunk (Lounge)
A hot coffee to enjoy with all your five senses, with spices from Tanzania’s Zanzibar Islands. It is best to dip black pepper tofu chips into the cream.
SPICED FRAGRANT CHOCOLATE
A fragrant chocolate martini. We combined several spices and herbs such as cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg with our homemade ganache.
KUSHI – 特製辛味噌タレ
You will be able to choose your favorite skewers and spicy miso sauce feeling during your dine. The spicy miso sauce is a combination of KUSHI’s special chili oil, gochujang, and miso.
We hope you will enjoy our selection go dishes made with rich spices to engulf you in a sensation of warmth this winter.
