biscuit gallery (Shinjuku) is pleased to present “undercurrent,” a solo exhibition by contemporary artist Ai Natori.

This exhibition features her iconic depictions of “shoujo” (young girls) rendered in a rich indigo hue known as “Japan Blue,” a color deeply symbolizing the country’s distinct culture and aesthetic sensibility. As a new endeavor for the artist, the exhibition will also include the first public display of her ceramic works. The opening party, held on the first day, will include the artist in attendance.
