The ARK Hills Sakura Festival 2023 hosted by the Mori Building is inviting everyone to come relax and celebrate the arrival of spring and cherry blossoms that’ll be blooming for everyone to enjoy.
Cherry Blossoms on the Slopes of Sakurazaka and Spainzaka
The ARK Hills area is famous for streets collectively lined with 150 cherry blossoms measuring up to 1km. Enter the fantastical world created by the Cherry Tunnel and enjoy the cherry blossoms during the day and night where they’re lit up to admire during the night.
Light-up time: Late March to mid April (17:00–22:00)
Japanese Traditional Crafts Workshop
Participate in making handmade crafts with professional artisans
Time: April 1 & 2 (10:00–17:00)

Mini Bonsai Creation
Duration: Around 40 mins.
Fee: ¥4,000
Capacity: 4 people per lesson
Age limit: From age 6

Washi Papercraft
Duration: 20–60 mins.
Fee: ¥1,500 (regardless of canvas size)
Capacity: 8 people per lesson

ARK Hills “Sakura Yokocho”
A place to relax and enjoy food while listening to live music, the ARK Hills restaurants have created a special place just for that. Eight participating restaurants of the ARK Hills will prepare special foods while a variety of musicians from diverse genres such as Paris Nakayama and Sakita Sarai will perform to create the perfect space to dine after spending time walking.
Gourmet Food Stalls at Karajan Place
In the middle of ARK Hills is the Karajan Place, a large open space where 11 popular vendors will set up during the festival. You can choose from a variety of dishes from multicultural menus allowing visitors to enjoy foreign cuisine all in one place.
Hills Marche Farmers’s Market
Purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at the Hills Marche Farmer’s Market which will be specially opened on April 1 & 2.

Special Access to Roof Garden
Normally closed to the public, the Roof Garden located in the Suntory Hall will be open to the public for all to enjoy the spring flowers and a special garden concert.
