In collaboration with the Taiwan Plus 2023 event held at Ueno Park in mid-September, Bistro Nohga at Nohga Hotel Ueno Tokyo will be offering a special Taiwanese menu while stocks last.

Inspired by the traditional Mooncake Festival held in Taiwan in mid-autumn, the Taiwan Plus 2023 event was held this year as a celebration of Taiwanese culture and in the spirit of cultural collaboration between Taiwan and Japan. The event offered an exciting array of Taiwanese food and culture, including live performances, markets and immersive digital experiences.

Now, to continue the celebrations, during lunch and dinner service, Bistro Nohga will continue to offer their limited-run Taiwanese menu of Sautéed Taiwanese tamakai (Taiwanese grouper) in a fragrant porcini mushroom cream sauce and Taiwanese Omar Single Malt Whisky.
