“FROZEN STRINGS”—An Immersive Art Exhibition by Hisaya Kumano

Sep 26, 2025 at 11:00am ~ Sep 28, 2025 at 8:00pm

FROZEN STRINGS, an immersive solo exhibition by Hisaya Kumano, will be held from September 26 to 28, 2025, at PLAT Shibuya. This three-day event invites visitors into a realm where floral art, music, video, and lighting converge to explore the mystique of nature and human imagination.

This exhibition is a sensory and spatial narrative that employs elements of fantasy and Japanese aesthetics, including ma—the beauty of negative space. FROZEN STRINGS aims to stimulate each visitor’s imagination, with the final “completion” of the artwork is meant to unfold uniquely within each viewer.
