• No language skills required (please let us know if you need a Japanese-speaking assistant).
• Please order at least one drink per person.
• A wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as food from the full menu, will be available at the Canvas Lounge next door.
• The event runs from 6 PM to 9 PM—feel free to join at any time.
• Please note the event may be canceled in the case of natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, etc.). In such cases, the participation fee will be fully refunded. However, cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded as space is limited.

The organizers request the following:

• Please bring your business cards.
• Dress code : Smart casual.
• Please refrain from taking photos without permission and do not post them on social media, etc.
• Those who display bad manners will be asked to leave the event. No refund will be available.
• Please refrain from solicitation of any kind.
• You may be liable for damages if you intentionally or negligently damage any of the venue’s equipment.
• The organizer will not be responsible for any trouble between participants or loss of personal belongings.
