TOKYO Anime Tourism 2026

The TOKYO Anime Tourism Executive Committee has launched a citywide digital rally in collaboration with the hit series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Participants use a dedicated web app to visit 16 iconic locations across Tokyo including Tokyo Tower, Akihabara, and Ueno Park to collect points. At each site, fans can unlock exclusive AR photo opportunities with characters and listen to special voice recordings of Tanjiro Kamado, voiced by Natsuki Hanae.

Points earned during the rally can be redeemed for limited-edition merchandise at Anime Tokyo Station in Ikebukuro and the Tokyo Anime Center in Shibuya. Rewards include acrylic stands for top collectors, as well as die-cut stickers and clear files. The campaign kicks off with a live-streamed event on January 24 featuring a “how-to” guide and a special appearance by a mini Tanjiro Kamado to help fans start their mission.
