Hello Halloween Pumpkin Parade
Raffles, performance, samba, music. Parade that it’s too late to participate in but you can watch all the same (from 1-2:15pm). Canceled in case of rain.

Kawasaki Halloween
An estimated 3,500 attendees pumpkin up for a parade. Too late to be a participant, so you’ll have to settle for punter status. Canceled in case of heavy rain.

Roppongi Hills Happy Halloween
This is a parade you can participate in, billed as the parade of “the cutest witches and ghosts you’ve ever seen.”

Tamagawa Halloween Festival
The first 300 kids who arrive at 10am every day will receive a free Elmo balloon, which ties in with the general Sesame Street hilarity of this festival. Costume parade on Oct 30, 1pm, canceled in case of rain.

Yokohama Halloween Bus
For the fifth year Yokohama is decking out its number 7 and 29 buses in lurid Halloween decorations, so if you are traveling from Kawasaki to Tsurumi or Yokohama, think about bussing it, for an amusing experience.
