The renowned soloist and former principal with the New York City Ballet, Robert Tewsley, is making his purported farewell performance in Japan. He’ll perform selections from The Firebird and Manon with the ravishing Hana Sakai. The evening will also feature the duo of Kaiji Moriyama, one of Japan’s most intriguing contemporary dancers, and Balinese musician Dewa Alit, as well as an ensemble piece choreographed by former Ballet Frankfurt member Alessio Silvestrin. The program is presented by dance/architecture studio Architanz.
