From Monday Jan 23 for four weeks Urban Heroes are leading a fitness and nutrition challenge.
With teaching on the fundamentals of fitness, nutrition and recovery, join the challenge group to encourage others and get the most out of your fitness journey.
Head to the pre-challenge info night on Jan 16 at Shuka.
Tickets for the challenge are ¥8000 until Jan 17, and after that ¥10,000
