Challenge, Fun and Family is the motto for this year’s Urban Heroes delegation joining the Spartan race in Chiba on 28th of May. Almost 50 racers will participate in the obstacle race and enjoy a day in the “German Village” amongst friends and family. To make sure everyone is prepared well we have lined up plenty of training options that you can find below. Take part in the weekly sessions or join one of the specials in Roppongi or Hibiya. To get a feel for Spartan and what awaits you feel free to join the prepping sessions even though you are not running
