Life-Size Godzilla Fight in the Heart of Shinjuku

If you ever spent time in Shinjuku, you may be familiar with the light shows at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG). Using the TMG’s No. 1 Building as a canvas, these light shows are supported by sound and create a new kind of attraction to illuminate Tokyo’s nightlife. It’s also certified as the largest architectural Projection Mapped Display.
For the 70th anniversary of Godzilla this year, TMG will display “GODZILLA: ATTACK ON TOKYO“, featuring the globally popular figure. A life-size 100-meter tall Godzilla will be taking on the “modified Super X2” from the “VS series” in an epic fight scene. As well as for fans of the genre as for bypassers, this is a must-see.
