Savor a delectable menu curated by Hilton Tokyo’s Executive Pastry Chef, Osamu Harita while enjoying this uniquely created 2D & 3D playful setting. The menu includes over 20 kinds of hotel- made seasonal treats that take center stage against the monochrome background of 2D hand drawings by renowned artist, Mitsushige Nishiwaki. Tokyo’s most popular dessert buffet also features nine savory bites and a wide selection of beverages including Ronnefeldt’s premium tea collection. Enjoy this unique thematic dessert buffet at 5,500 JPY on weekdays or 5,900 JPY on weekends between 2:30pm and 5:00pm daily.

As though walking into a comic book or an illustrated book from your childhood, the world of Alice gets transformed into 2D hand drawings in Hilton Tokyo’s iconic Marble Lounge. The playful hand drawings in black-and-white creates an optical illusion, making guests feel like they have crossed dimensions from 3D into 2D. The rustic monochrome style really brings out the beautiful desserts concocted by the pastry team of Hilton Tokyo. Chef Harita elevates the sweetness of seasonal fruits such as chestnuts, pears and figs, with his skillful use of spices and citrus tanginess. The dessert selection not only brings out the best of autumn flavors but also looks amazing whilst keeping the iconic elements to the “Alice in Wonderland” characters and story. Each dessert’s name was also carefully thought out to bring out the essence of Hilton Tokyo’s renowned thematic dessert buffets.

Apart from the amazing lineup of sweets, the team at Marble Lounge has also prepared 9 savory gourmet selections. Guests can choose from salads to pasta and mains.
