The Ashigakubo Icicles are usually held from mid-January to late February.
A magnificent world of ice stretches across 30m in height and 200m in width.
It’s easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from Ashigakubo Station, and trains run right by the venue, allowing you to see it from the train window. The area
is lit up on weekend nights, and the mystical space, changing in a variety of colors, shines like a jewel box in nature.

There is a shortage of parking, so we recommend taking the train to avoid traffic jams.

For the illuminations on weekends and holidays, we recommend making a reservation online in advance or taking the train, which is given priority! (Discounts available)
