Maison Marunouchi at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi hosts a special Easter Afternoon Tea from April 18 to April 20, 2025. Guests can enjoy a refined selection of Easter-themed sweets and savories crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Patrick Thibaud and Daniel Calvert, the Michelin-starred chef of Sézanne.
The afternoon tea begins with a refreshing botanical welcome drink, “Cache Cache.” The menu includes the Easter Egg Mousse filled with banana compote, the Carrot Tart with vanilla cream and praline and the Hide-and-Seek Bunny Shortbread with milk chocolate mousse and pistachio buttercream. The White Rabbit Almond Financier and Easter Icing Cookie offer playful designs and rich flavors. Scones in plain and cherry flavors are served with clotted cream and jam.
The savory selection features three sandwiches and three canapés, blending traditional British flavors with modern culinary creativity. The elegant setting on the 7th floor of the Four Seasons Tokyo offers stunning city views, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
Maison Marunouchi also offers a Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea from April 15 to May 15, 2025, featuring the Pistachio and Cherry Mille-feuille — a crisp pastry layered with pistachio cream and cherry compote.
