CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 at ROPPONGI HILLS

Apr 17, 2026 at 3:00pm ~ Apr 29, 2026 at 9:00pm

If you’re a sake aficionado—or just sake-curious—mark your calendar for Craft Sake Week 2026 at Roppongi Hills. This 13-day sake and gastronomy festival runs from April 17 to April 29, bringing together 130 top-tier breweries from across Japan.

The sake makers were carefully selected from over 400 breweries by sommeliers and top chefs. Each day of Craft Sake Week features a rotating lineup of breweries, ensuring that even if you visit multiple times, you’ll always discover something new.

But Craft Sake Week isn’t just about the drinks—food takes center stage too. This year, 15 top restaurants, including some that are notoriously hard to book, will serve exclusive menus crafted to pair perfectly with sake.
