“This is How I See It” is an artistic pop-up event that focuses on exhibiting and celebrating emerging female artists in Tokyo. The displays will include photography, painting, knit-work, jewelry and accessories, as well as DIY clothing, accompanied by DJ sets of various styles. Taking into account the vibrant and unique creative community in the capital, the event aims to connect new people and encourage collaboration, exploration and mutual support!

This event is organized by Pauline, a Tokyo-based fashion stylist and creative director, specializing in avant-garde editorial work. Having the experience of living in the US, Europe, and the Middle East, she constantly explores the visual medium by intertwining deep human emotions with extravagant appearances. After hosting many private parties and celebrations throughout the years, “This is How I See It” is Pauline’s first public event in Japan. Aspiring to honor her creative circles, the event is an opportunity for many young artists to gain exposure, including her dear friends and collaborators.

“This is How I See It,” will take place from 5-10 pm on March 2, 2024, in the atmospheric venue BAIA located in Shibuya.
