“Yuzu Apple Bath” at Ofuro-cafe Hakuju

Ofuro-cafe Hakuju is pleased to announce that Yuzu Apple Bath will be prepared for visitors between Dec 22 – 26 in accordance with the winter solstice. As Ofuro-cafe Hakuju is located in between Saitama prefecture and Gunma prefecture, the local apple farmer in Gunma donated blemished apples that cannot be sold while yuzus were gathered from visitors during the previous event. The apple amazake (sweet sake) shake will be served at the restaurant as a special menu for a limited time.
